I want you to enjoy your jewelry as much as I do making them! If you receive your jewelry in the mail, and you find that you are not happy with it, please e-mail me within 14 days and I will send you a return authorization number. After I have received your piece back, I will issue you a full refund, minus the shipping charges.

I guarantee my jewerly 100% ~ if a piece should break within a year of purchase, please contact me and I will fix it for you free of charge. If over a year of purchase, attempt to find all of the beads and send it to me and I will restring it for you for a nominal fee ~ if pieces are missing a minimal charge will apply.

I am pleased to offer custom jewelry design work at an affordable price. I would love the opportunity to create something special and meaningful to you. Please feel free to contact me with any ideas or questions by clicking here.

I require a 50% deposit prior to beginning work and the remainder is due within one week of final approval of the jewelry. I work closely with you throughout the creation process and send you a digital photo of the work for you to approve by e-mail.

*The same guarantee applies to custom design as all of my jewelry, however, if I have specially purchased items for your project and I am not able to use it in my other jewelry, your deposit may not be entirely refunded. However, I will always do my very best to make you happy!
